pay it forward
Our Pay It Forward program was created with the intent of helping early-stage CPG or Beverage brands that are owned by female (or other minority groups) Founders. These individuals have typically had a disadvantage when it comes to opportunities for the growth and development of their brand. This program is one small way that we can help even the playing field and fix that problem. Sircle Media selects one brand every few months and offers them access to members of our strategy team, who will provide them with a deep dive into their brand and competitive set, along with a detailed social media strategy playbook to govern their efforts, free of charge.

Giving back, both financially and through service, has always been a big part of the Sircle community. When our Squad has our annual in-person gathering, a volunteer day is always one of the activities on the agenda.
In 2024 we partnered with The Tacombi Foundation to prepare & distribute 500 wholesome Mexican meals to feed Hispanic communities facing hunger.

INTERNSHIPS
Sircle Media has offered a successful internship program for over a decade, with many interns returning as full-time employees. Interns learn a ton while working alongside our team, arming them for a career in the social media industry upon completion of their program.
